Nimet A. Adam, AuD, CCC-A

Speech-in-Noise Specialist *

Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Nimet A. Adam is a Board-Certified Clinical Audiologist and President of Hearing Partners of South Florida, Inc. She has over 30 years of experience in audiology and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Dr. Adam received her training at Shands Medical Center. She is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and a fellow of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA).
She has worked as an Industrial Audiologist and in clinical and administrative positions at a South Florida Rehabilitation Hospital. She has lectured extensively and is a consultant for various organizations and manufacturers. She was an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and is currently a preceptor for doctoral students from various universities. She served on the Council for Accreditation of Audiology Programs in the United States and participates in local and global humanitarian projects. Dr. Adam is on the Board of Directors for the Entheos Cooperative, an Audiology based co-op that provides hearing healthcare services worldwide.
Her practice specializes in audiology diagnostics, management of hearing loss, tinnitus, vestibular (balance) diagnostics as well as implantable technology. Dr. Adam is dedicated to the health and wellness of the community. In 2019 , she started a local non-profit – Hearing The Call South Florida to provide low cost hearing health care services in the community.

Matthew Seldine, Au.D, F-AAA

Speech-in-Noise Specialist *

Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Matthew Seldine, Au.D. graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida in Gainesville and earned his Doctorate in Audiology from the University of South Florida. He has clinical and counseling experience. He has worked in an Ear, Nose and Throat practice, and a Hearing and Balance clinic. He specializes in audiometric and vestibular (balance) diagnostics, hearing instrument technology, and hearing protection and conservation. Dr. Seldine will be seeing patients in our Delray Beach office. Matthew is a native of Southeast Florida. He was a volunteer for the Special Olympics, is an avid drummer and loves basketball, bowling, and travel.

Michelle Looney, AuD, CCC-A

Speech-in-Noise Specialist *

Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Michelle Looney is an Audiologist with Hearing Partners of South Florida, where she specializes in audiometric diagnostics, hearing device technology, and aural rehabilitation.
Dr. Looney has always been driven by her passion for treating those with implantable devices, specifically cochlear implants. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Dr. Looney received her Doctorate of Audiology at the University of South Florida.
When not focusing on Audiology or her non-profit work with Hearing the Call, Dr. Looney enjoys baking, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Looney has always dreamed of working in her hometown of Jupiter, Florida, and she is keen to help those in her community by sharing in their hearing journey.
Dr. Michelle Looney graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Sheri Berg, AuD, CCC-A

Doctor of Audiology

Dr. Sheri Berg received her Doctorate of Audiology from the Salus University.
She completed her Master’s Degree in Audiology at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Berg has experiencein a variety of clinical settings such as ENT practice and hospital. She has been practicing audiology forover 20 years. Dr. Berg is a Board-Certified Audiologist she is also a Clinical Supervisor for numerous universities for both third- and fourth-year students in the Doctor of Audiology Program.

In her spare time Sheri enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercise and walking her dogs.

Yunet Solorzano, AuD, CCC-A

Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Solorzano received her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of South Florida. She completed her undergraduate coursework in psychology at the University of South Florida, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
As a graduate student, Dr. Solorzano received the University of South Florida’s Graduate Student Success Scholarship and was recognized by the Graduate Study Hispanic Heritage Committee for the completion of her Audiology Doctoral Project on the benefits of implementing a Spanish language Aural Rehabilitation program in Central Florida.
Dr. Solorzano obtained experience in a wide variety of clinical settings, including hospital, ENT practice, private practice and Veterans Affairs (VA).

Dr. Solorzano is fluent in Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys photography, reading and spending time enjoying South Florida beaches and parks with her family.
Dr. Solorzano currently sees patients in our Boynton Beach location.

Jan Glick, M.A., CCC-A

Audiologist

Jan’s experiences include working in a variety of Ear, Nose and Throat offices not only in the suburbs of Detroit, MI, but also in Pittsburgh, PA.

Jan has worked in various hospitals thru out the country mainly in adult and pediatric Rehabilitation Units. She worked with PT, OT, Speech Pathology and medical students.

She created a Hearing Aid Bank for Cancer patients while in Atlanta, GA which received not only local recognition, but also national recognition.

She has worked in private practices in various cities and was a Sales Trainer throughout the Midwest.

She was Educational Specialist and Trainer for a large hearing aid manufacturer (Oticon) for over 13 years. While being a Trainer she not only gave seminars to professionals but also to patients and their families. Her goal was to make everyone an “expert” with the products.

Alexis Heffner, AuD, CCC-A

Audiologist – Currently on Leave 

Dr. Alexis Heffner was born and raised in South Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor of Science in psychology and then continued to Nova Southeastern University, where she earned her Doctorate in Audiology with highest honors. Dr. Heffner specializes in audiometric diagnostics, hearing device technology, and aural rehabilitation. Before joining Hearing Partners of South Florida, she practiced in an ear, nose and throat setting for many years. She holds the certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Dr. Heffner strives to help each patient achieve a successful outcome with patience and understanding. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and cooking.

Before joining Hearing Partners of South Florida, she practiced in an ear, nose and throat setting. She holds the certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is certified by the American Board of Audiology. Dr. Heffner strives to help each patient achieve a successful outcome with patience and understanding. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and cooking.

Meredith Resnick, M.A., CCC-A

Speech-in-Noise Specialist *

Clinical Audiologist
Meredith is a Clinical Audiologist licensed in the State of Florida. She completed her Bachelors degree from The University of Wisconsin – Madison and received her Masters degree from Northwestern University. She has earned her certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
Meredith has over 25 years of experience. She has worked in a hospital, an Ear, Nose and Throat practice and in a private practice setting. She specializes in diagnostic, rehabilitative audiology, and hearing devices. She attends educational seminars to maintain her expertise in Audiology and keeps current with the latest advancements in hearing aid technology. Meredith is dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal hearing from amplification treating each patient with compassion. Meredith is also involved in humanitarian work both local as well as global
Meredith is married with two children and three dogs. She enjoys walking, knitting, travel, and spending time with family and friends.

Shayne Taplin

Audiology Assistant/Back Office Coordinator

Shayne was born and raised in South Florida. She graduated form Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. Shayne has been with Hearing Partners for many years in various roles, and truly enjoys interacting with patients. In her off time Shayne enjoys spending time with family and friends and she is patiently awaiting adding a few grandchildren to the family. 

Elizabeth Hatfield

Audiology Assistant/Front Office Coordinator

Elizabeth’s original path started with speech pathology. Elizabeth found Audiology along the way and became an audiology assistant at an ENT clinic several years ago.  Spending time working with and getting to know patients has been such a rewarding experience that she wouldn’t have it any other way.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 furbabies Ivy, Dinah, and Alice, as well as studying foreign language and cooking.

Wendy Loffredo

Front Office Specialist / Billing
Wendy has been a part of the Hearing Partners of South Florida team for over 2 years. Wendy handles insurance billing and check out. She loves animals and is originally from New York.

Andrea Cable

Accounting Manager
Andrea graduated from Cerritos College in Norwalk, CA with a degree in Business Administration. She has over 13 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper. She highly values attention to detail and accuracy, and is committed to maintaining precise records for the health of the practice and the benefit of our patients. She has been a member of the Hearing Partners family since 2007. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
In her spare time, she enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Aggie DiMario

Director of Operations
Aggie Is the Office Manager of Hearing Partners of South Florida.
Aggie is a Boynton Beach resident. She is an animal advocate as well as community volunteer. Her hobbies include gourmet cooking, interior design, travel, foreign language, white water rafting, kayaking as well as a multitude of outdoor sports. She served with a Combat Support Hospital in the United States Army. Aggie is also involved with local as well as global humanitarian work spreading the gift of hearing.
